new amazing 4 bedroom, 2 full bath with brand new outdoor hot tub, game room, amazing deck, backyard with fire pit and bbq grill!
our single family home is conveniently located near camelback resort, with endless activities and restaurants also close to kalahari, great wolf lodge, ski, casino, playgrounds, kayaking (july 1-labor day), zoos
enjoy hiking at poconos state park just 1/2 hour away away
just 5 minutes from amenities, playgrounds and lakes
14 min drive to shop rite, 15 min to walmart, aldi
individually controlled thermostat in each room so everyone feel most comfortable!
basketball, air hockey, foosball in the basement so you never bored:)
what is included:
cable tv /w 200mbs speed wifi
fresh sheets and towels for all guests
all cooking utensils( pots, pans, baking sheets, knifes, forks)
coffee maker (please bring coffee)
stainless steel bbq grill
community pool and lake are a 5 minute drive(open all summer)
everything in house is brand new
everyone must sign a lease agreement and get approved by community after booking (can be done within 4 hours of your stay if same day booking)
whether you’re riding the slides at great wolf lodge, exploring the wonders of big pocono state park, or lounging by fire pit with s’mores, you will create lots of great memories with your loved ones

(guest passes can be purchased 12 dollars per person, seasonal outdoor swimming pool (memorial day-labor day), tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, boating/kayaking/paddle boating (available july 1-august), playgrounds

Summary: There was plenty of sleeping space for our family of 16. The air conditioners were great and the king beds very comfortable. We went to Camelbeach which was very close and Tobyhanna State park had an amazing beach area with a swimming lake. There was not a washer and dryer we had access to so I would bring extra towels and wash cloths. The kitchen did not have enough coffee mugs, plates or cups for a party of 16 . The Hot tub was new and we enjoyed a firepit each night. We did have the cell of the owner who did everything in her power to make sure we were happy in her home. Our family had a great time!
